The guy, Nero, uses a Chaos deck, utilizing the powers of Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End and Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning. It's loosely based on the old GBA game Reshef of Destruction but it has updated cards (and gameplay, thank god) and a bit of a different storyline.
